Calling all  BROTHERS & SISTERS of Military Service

 The annual Memorial weekend campout for 2019

starts on Friday May 24, at 7:00am & ends on Monday May 27 at 1:00pm in Danielsville, Georgia

We will have dance band music on Friday evening as well as music on Saturday evening, Sally and Six Grand will be the entertainment Friday. We will have a little card playing, a few bull sessions and plenty of background music by our DJ, Jimmy Grant while you enjoy talking over old and current times. We’ll have a well-stocked PX open for purchase of military items.

Fee is still the same, $40.00 per Adult and children under 12 are free,  but must be with an adult. Dues for 2019 are still $20.00 and must be paid at registration if not previously paid.

We provide two (2) meals a day, breakfast (not brunch) from 7-9am and the evening meal each day served from 5-7pm.  Outside concessions will be cooking hot dogs and burgers for lunch purchase from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

Camping fees are the same, $10.00 + $ 3.00 electric per night and on a first come basis, exception being life member paid up sites.

We are planning to have a flag retirement ceremony on Saturday afternoon and then our traditional candle light service accompanied by bagpipes to honor and remember our sisters and brothers who are no longer with us.

We are having a fundraiser Gun raffle  will be held in the fall,  prime time for hunting season.

Monthly meeting still held on the last Saturday of each month except JULY and DECEMBER at 11:00AM. PLEASE come and break bread with us and be a  part of this great organization. We need each one of you to keep the lifeblood alive.

  1. Dennis and I had an amazing time. Was made to feel part of the family. We will be back God willing. Thank you y’all for all the well wishes to Dennis as we have entered more test to find the source of his cancer. May God bless y’all. Louise and Dennis Smith
