A Few Good Deeds
LZ Friendly does not make enough money to give away, but there are some things that you just cannot refuse.
In the past we have donated to the Special Olympics Program. We also have donated flags to the city of Danielsville in order that they may replace some of the older, more worn flags.
At Christmas time in the past, we have donated food baskets to needy families,and purchased presents for the children. We have also called the Methodist Church on Oconee Street in Athens and they picked up the left over perishable foods for their soup kitchen, Our Daily Bread.
